General Terms & Conditions

Payment shall be made in full before shipment unless a prior credit agreement is in place. All corrospondance should be addressed to Extreme Products Lts, Unit 5, Enterprise Business Park, Mortimer Rise, Ossett, West Yorkshire, WF5 9JH

Claims & Liability

Claims of damage, partial loss, quality or quantity must be made in wrtiting to us within 5 days of receipt of goods. All goods must be examined at the time of delivery. we will not be liable for damaged or missing items if not recorded at the time of signature at delivery. Cancellation charges, a charge of 10% of the cost of the products plus a standard delivery charge wil be made for orders cancelled due to incorrect orders or late cancellations.

Liabilityfor use of the products will remain solely with the customer given the diversity of the use of our products by persons whose methods are outside or beyond our control, we advise all customers  to ensure all products meet the requirements of the application & fit for purpose with testing prior to final use. The Supplier’s total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of the Contract shall be limited to the price paid under the Contract; and the Supplier shall not in relation to the Contract, be liable to the Customer (in each case whether they are direct, indirect or consequential) for death, injury or damage to personel property.
